Great taste and very effective. I take 2 drops a day instead of one and go to the restroom twice a day. This is a big deal for someone that was going once to twice a week

The Magnesium Liquid is of good quality and it has a pleasant taste. Its use helps me calm down as It promotes a relaxed state of mind. The relaxed state of mind helps me to rest and sleep. It is easy to use by placing drops on the tongue with the eyedropper or by adding drops to a small amount of juice. I find the Magnesium Liquid to be cost effective and beneficial for me. I will purchase it again.

I have a hard time with keeping my magnesium levels where they are supposed to be. I have tried numerous kinds of magnesium. They all gave me problems until I found magnesium glycinate. No digesstive issues with it. And this is a very effective - and tasty - way to take it. I have not had a problem with my levels since I started using this.
