First off, received the product in 1 day, less then 24 hrs actually. I’ve had many bottles of tea tree, all in varying price, but this is amazing for $9.99. I got 4oz. This product came beautifully packaged with the dropper in thick foam inside the box! Not only is the bottle of oil sealed, the whole box had a nice cellophane wrap as well! (The color is a much paler yellow then in images)Smell, density, effectiveness, everything, just perfect!

I love bergamot as a base scent in my perfume. I got a room diffuser and there are so many oils/scents to buy it’s overwhelming so I went with what I know. In my diffuser the scent is fresh, slightly floral and not overwhelming. It makes me happy to smell it. I tend to be sensitive to high potency scents but this wasn’t an issue. I didn’t think the diffuser was as effective in my house so I took it to use in my office. It worked better in a smaller confined space and when a coworker came in she remarked how wonderful my office smelled and asked what it was. I will repurchase.

Ah, patchouli! 🌿 That’s a fragrance note that has quite the intriguing history and a scent profile that’s both distinctive and versatile. Let’s dive into the aromatic world of patchouli, shall we?What Does Patchouli Smell Like?Patchouli is like that mysterious character in a novel—earthy, spicy, and slightly sweet, creating a musky, woody aroma that’s distinctively rich. It’s the kind of scent that evokes different feelings, depending on individual preferences:Exotic Richness: Some people find patchouli exotic and luxurious. It’s like wandering through an ancient spice market, surrounded by incense and mysterious treasures.Herbal and Musty: Others might describe it as herbal or even slightly musty. Imagine walking through a dense forest where the earthy scent of fallen leaves mingles with damp soil.Potent Essential Oil: In its essential oil form, patchouli is particularly potent. A little goes a long way! Perfumers often use it as a base note because of its endurance and depth.A Whiff of History: From Ancient China to Flower ChildrenPatchouli has quite the journey through time:Ancient China: By the 5th century AD, patchouli was cultivated in China and used in Indian Ayurvedic medicine. It was valued for its health benefits—a true herbal superstar.Victorian England: In the 19th century, patchouli became fashionable and associated with wealth. It was used as an insect repellent to protect valuable oriental fabrics. Imagine Victorian ladies dabbing it on their lace collars!Counterculture Movement: Fast-forward to the 1960s and 70s—the era of flower children, tie-dye, and free spirits. Patchouli was their favorite fragrance. Its earthy scent symbolized non-conformity and rebellion. Plus, rumor has it that it masked the scent of other things, like—you know—herbs and spirits. 😉So, whether you’re a bohemian soul or simply appreciate a unique scent, patchouli has a place in the olfactory hall of fame. And there you have it—a fragrant snippet about patchouli! If you ever want to explore perfumes or scented candles with patchouli notes, you’re in for a treat.

I think my skin is desensitized to tea tree oil because I’ve been using a tea tree oil face wash for 6 years. Decided to buy pure tea tree oil for scalp health. It’s really helping my itchy scalp. I mostly dilute it with a carrier oil when applying to scalp, but I also apply small undiluted amounts in specific areas with no burning or issues. If I have a mosquito bite that’s itching I apply pure tea tree oil to the skin and it instantly soothes it. If I have a pimple or closed comedown developing, I apply a tiny bit of pure tea tree oil to it and it’s almost as if it freezes right off.I have applied several drops of it to my witch hazel face toner that I use to freshen up my face during the day. It works so well at cleaning my face it’s as if I washed it.Definitely love it. Everyone’s skin is different. I have had no bad side effects at all. I will be adding it to my shampoo, conditioner and hand soap too. I can’t wait to find even more uses for it.
