First let me say that the app itself and the device are very user friendly and easy to use. The download was quick, it paired perfectly, and I had no problems setting it up.WITH THAT SAID, if you have any issues with hand eye coordination, take it slow with this one. You get turned around inside your ear really easily. Depending on the way that the camera is oriented, left might be right, up might be down, and you might end up punching yourself in the inner ear with a tiny scoop.

I really liked this product at first. It worked really well and the quality of the video was great and the app was easy to use. However I only used it twice before it stopped working. It will no longer hold a charge. I’ve tried using different chargers and nothing works.I also think it can be a little hard to get used to because it shows the video as a mirrored image and can be a little hard to get coordinated.

I’m obsessed with cleaning my ears and thankfully to the other reviews I now know I’m not alone. This is my favorite variation of an “wax remover war camera”. This camera quality is excellent. If your camera quality isn’t great, try wiping off the tool where the light is, this solved my issue. I’ve never had the silicone piece come close to falling off. The silicone is comfortable and easy to replace. The charge time is decent but I have noticed it no longer gets to a full 100% charge anymore. Would quickly repurchase.

Easy to clean easy to use very comfortable love that it comes with extra tips so you can get multiple uses out of it I love the fact that you can hook it up to your Wi-Fi and watch yourself as you're cleaning out your ears to make sure you don't go too far and you can make sure you get it all and trust me I have a lot of problems with ear wax build up in this I have tried everything there is out there to try and this is by far the best if you have not given this to try yet please please do the price was extremely affordable and it comes with a bunch of different extensions and tools to help you clean your ears best product I've ever bought
