I've bought many Bose products for nearly 20 years. For the first time, I have to say that I regret my purchase. I bought the new QC 2024 earbuds when they came out, primarily for the improved battery life. The sound quality is excellent, and the battery life is indeed 8.5 hours.But here's the problem - the connectivity is horrible. When I'm reclining or in bed/on the couch, these are disconnecting in under 15 minutes. I can be in the same location but standing, and they'll last longer (but still eventually disconnect after an hour or so).I have followed every Bose recommendation on resetting, wiping my device list and then repairing, etc., and nothing seems to help. I have seen comments both on Amazon and on other websites where others have had the same experience. I use the same iPhone 15 Pro Max that has worked fine with the Bose 700 headphones and the QC 2 earbuds, but I cannot maintain a good connection with the new QC 2024 earbuds.It's truly a shame because I'm able to get better sound out of the new QC 2024 earbuds through the new equalizer - but the connectivity issues render this a poor-quality product.Bose support claims they have not heard a single thing about this (consistently losing connection right after lying down/reclining). I find it hard to believe, though I obviously can't prove it. They offered to send me a new pair - but I have to send mine back first and then wait about 3 weeks to get a new set. That's pathetic that I'd have to wait that long.Bose, if you're reading this, I've been a loyal customer and have bought many products - but it's obvious from my experience (and experience of others I've read) that you rushed this out too early, and I'm highly disappointed. You knew that one of the bigger requests from the QC2 was better battery life - well, congratulations, in achieving that, you'd produced a product I wish I hadn't bought.

Like several other reviews have stated, this is a FAULTY product. The earbuds would intermittently stop music playback within an hour of use. In one scenario, both earbuds would stop playback and the left earbud voice would state: "Battery at 80%". In the other (more frequent) scenario, the right earbud would simply stop functioning, regardless of battery levels. Playback would stop and it would become unresponsive to touch button commands, while the left earbud continued playback normally. Placing the right earbud back into the charging case would temporary resolve this issue most of the time until the issue would occur again within the next 30 minutes to 2 hours of use.This is my second pair with the same issue, as I returned the first pair to Bose for a replacement due to the same connectivity/failure issues even after the lengthy troubleshooting. Their replacement pair had the same issues, despite going through the many troubleshooting steps all over again.This is BUYER BEWARE MATERIAL. Otherwise, the sound quality and noise cancellation quality were both superb, and the comfort level was exceptional compared to other brands. It's a real shame that a company like Bose is distributing flawed products for purchase.For the record, both sets were white and paired with a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G.

If i could give this a 4.5 star i would mainly docking it half a star for the cancellation issues and mic. Otherwise an outstanding set of ear buds able to compete with the best out now. Shopping for ANC earbuds have become more and more competitive and to stand out requires execution at the highest level. I found the bose quiet comforts to stand excellent in many of the categories most people will care about but lacking in some key hardware like the microphone keeping it from being the perfect set for most people. The earbuds are very easy to set up and if you download the accompanying app you will unlock many controls to tune the sound and hardware UI for this device. The ear buds themselves fit great into the ear and seal the canal and outter part of the ear giving you a great seal and generating a much better ANC quality than most other ear buds at this price range. Now if you are familiar with the tech the anc will take in sound and kind of counter it to create the ANC and for the most part the bose QC do a great job at that. the only issues is some cancellation sounds are audible and quite loud like to wind so i probably wouldnt recommend these for runners or walkers, but sitting in a office or plane these are perfect. Comfortwise is another highlight for these earbuds they will sit in your canal and a little on the outside but feel very weightless in the ear and even over extended periods will not trap too much heat. I barely noticed they were on when working out in a gym and really give immersion when the ANC is on. The control are very easy to use on the earbuds just tap and hold on them for different uses that can be controlled on the app and turned on and off if you dont want them. The battery life is also quite impressive as these are larger units i got quite a lot of run time with them usually in the range of 6-8 hours on listening to music which is quite amazing. Now for probably the biggest downfall of this pair is the microphone. The sound is very hollow and tinny with a lot of distortion. It is understandable to the other party but very artificial in quality giving you more of a robot tone. I wish the sound could be clearer and more natural but understandable for ear buds. It may be intereference from the ANC mic but man it is truly the weakest point of these otherwise amazing ear buds.Pros: Excellent ANC, Excellent Sound, Lightweight, Long battery life for listening USB C charging caseNegatives: ANC not good on runs and walks (mainly against wind), Bad Mic

These ear buds were simple and easy to connect to my Android device but I did require me to download an additional Bose app outside of the Bose app that I already had installed for other Bose devices that I own. My phone immediately recognized the ear buds and instantly connected after a few steps. These ears buds come equipped with different sizes from small, medium and large to fit comfortably in your ear. The case is responsive and charges the ear buds quickly. The charging cord was a bit shorter than expected. Once you connect to the ear buds it automatically shows the battery percentage for each bud and also displays the same information through the app. There are many features associated with these buds such as voice control, noise cancellation, and remote selfie. Most of the features have to be applied using the app so you have to rely heavily on using your app for proper use. The voice control is simply but often lags after saying the command. I gave a four star because of its app heavy usage and because the noise cancellation could be a little better. Overall, the fit of these buds is comfortable and adjustable with the different sizes. The sound quality is impeccable with superior Bose sound.

With multiple ear tips and wingtips sizes along with their lightweight design these earbuds are super comfortable and fit great. This leads into the next great point, they support a 8.5 hour battery life with ANC along with wireless charging. You can truly wear these all day because of how comfortable they are and how long the battery lasts. ANC on this product is amazing but my favorite way to wear them is in "Aware" mode. The new Bose app is super easy to use and provides the user with multiple customizations offers. Bose really created an excellent product which I would recommend to all my friends.
