I foster cats and kittens for our local animal shelter. We’ve been overwhelmed this summer with litters and many are malnourished. I can use a paper plate, and spread a can of food over it to entice the babies to eat more easily. Very inexpensive, and easy to clean up!

We like these paper plates. My husband handles the dishes, so anything he can do to reduce the number is a win in his book. These are not strong, but we always use paper plate holders for strength. These work well for a sandwich and chips at lunchtime, or a snack of sliced apples and peanut butter. However for pancakes and syrup, or BBQ with baked beans, I prefer to use our ceramic plates. These are a good value, and would work well at a cookout for hamburgers and hotdogs, provided you don’t overload the plate. I would buy them again, so long as the price is reasonable.

Pros: price, size, made in USA, uncoated for health of my family and the environmentCons: thin, flimsy, not terribly grease resistantI have four kids. If we are eating something greasy or super heavy, we grab two. Two of these is still cheaper than dixie ultra and even amazon’s own brand of those. Great value
