Pros are hoovering with the emptying feature is good and there are spare accessories included.And for me that's where the story ends.I bought this vacuum cleaner, which i called Nicky, for mostly the mop function as mopping my black floor has proved to be a huge chore. And boy was i disappointed! Even with the low water dispensing setting, it seemed to dispense a lot of water such that the mop wouldn't handle it, and left a lot of marks on the floor when it eventually dried. I thought with the rotating circular mop pads it was going to do a perfect job like the aircraft powerglide mop that i currently have, but it was far from it. I think there just wasn't enough pressure between the mop and the floor. After the proscenic had finished mopping, i had to go over the floor again with the powerglide! Very disappointed. Might work for some other floors but for mine it was a total disaster.I have since returned it and purchased the roborock s8 which at the time was in the same price range but without the self emptying feature and just one mop attachement - come on now Roborock!!! I have called it Robi and she seems to do a much better job than Nicky both in hoovering and certainly so in moping.

I've been using the M8 Pro for over a year now and love it. So decided I wanted another one for the ground floor of my house. Since the M8 Pro is an older model I picked up the M9. Everything I liked about the M8 is included here, the LIDAR mapping, the great suction as well as being able to drive over fairly thick-pile carpets (which most other competitors that I've used can't do). The big difference however is in the mopping. Most robots just have a damp cloth they drag over the floor that doesn't do much other than lift up dust. The M9 has dual rotating mops that actually clean the floor. I have two dogs that provide a never-ending supply of muddy footprints, yet the M9 reliably cleans them up entirely each evening. I couldn't be happier. I just need Proscenic to make one with a self emptying/refilling mop station now.

Strange but True !1. Believe it or Not, this top end expensive product from Proscenic requires dust bags that Proscenic do not themselves appear to sell in UK or supply on their store, except the one (single use) that comes in the original box! These were not available via independent sellers on Amazon without nearly a 2 week delay.If you use anything other than M9 fitted replacement dust bag, it gives an error message and refuses to work.I ended up ordering via eBay, not my favored solution, because this provides an excuse to Proscenic to refuse service under warranty for parts not supplied by them.2. If you ever need support from Proscenic warranty, do not expect a prompt response to your eMails or Phone calls and messages.Buyer Beware.Other than the above M9 is as good as the previous models which were certainly good enough. Expect them to stop working if you do not regularly update via the internet by providing a lot of personal information about your emails and phone numbers, which seems to start numerous marketing posts from them.Thank You Amazon for looking out for individual customers.
