Motor burnt out 3 hours after being delivered? Defective product, BUYER BEWARE. They won't accept returns or any kind. Even if it's delivered defective.

I bought this product in a month ago and used it to trim a couple bushes around my front house. It worked great and made short work of those small bushes in a few minutes. The battery was still full (3-bars). I loved it.A month later, I found some more free time and decided to trim the side bushes of the house. They are just as small as the bushes in front of the house. The device seems to run at first, but then the blade stalled a few seconds in and now it won't even start. I only hear a single "beep" sound when I pull the trigger.I'm not a professional and I only use it around the house. Since this is only the second time, the hedge still have new toy smell. However, it's junk right now. I'll be looking at Dewalt for support.**Update: After browsing the web for troubleshooting instruction. Some folks suggest to inspect the blade because it might be stuck from tree sap. Well, I did inspect the blade, and it seems that a teeth was sheared off and probably jam the blade from moving. This is just a small bush and the branches wasn't 1/8" thick.**Update: I contacted the Seller since I couldn't find any troubleshoot instruction from Dewalt. The seller told me that the product is defective and asked me to work through Amazon Service to return the device.However, Amazon Service told me that they have asked the Seller to send me the return label and asked me to wait a couple days for the return label.After waited a whole week, I contacted the seller again. This time, they told me that they won't do anything because it has past the 30-days policy.I then contacted Amazon Service to see whether or not that I can get a refund. Amazon Service told me that they'll file a claim for me. However the next day, they now claim that it has past the 30-days policy so there is nothing that they can do.This is a waste of time. Truly disappointed for both the seller and Amazon for tossing me around for over a week on this.
