This is a superb watch for the price. So much so that in my opinion you cannot get better value for your money for a watch of this type. The finish on the case is excellent and it is even polished between the lugs. It is accurate to 1 second per week which is much better than advertised although that may differ slightly from watch to watch. I only have a 5.9 inch wrist so I find the rubber strap to chunky for me so I have fitted a stainless steel bracelet which I much prefer. Even with my small wrist I don't find this watch too big as it has short strap lugs at a very nice downward angle. All things considered, this is the best value for money that I own and I would highly recommend it to anyone who hankers after a dive watch. It gives the impression from the build quality that it is tough and will last a really long time.

If you’re after a well made, great looking diver’s watch for a great price, the Casio MDV-106 Duro should be at the top of your list.The Duro is charming in its simplicity, very easy to read, extremely tolerant of water, and all around easy to live with.I bought the plain black one first, and absolutely fell in love. It keeps great time and looks far more expensive than the forty dollar sale price I paid for it.The black and gold followed next, and then the blue one (the Bluro).Next I waited for the black and blue (Batman) and the red and blue (Pepsi) to go on sale.This blue and red model (called Pepsi by many) is striking and sporty-looking.It’s beautiful with the factory rubber strap, but would be even more dramatic with a red rubber strap or a red or red and blue NATO.Barton even offers a dark blue and red rubber strap in their Elite line that I’ve got my eye on, I think it’d be amazing with this watch!So I now have five Duros, and the only one of the current catalog that I lack is the green one (Kermit).So I’d say my only caution related to Duros is self control in terms of collecting them!Hope you enjoy your Duros as much as I love mine!
