Handle only with small screw. Not strong enough to support camera

Arlo has given us grief when we view through our two devices. My wire has to log back in with a password everytime she wants to see our animals in the barn. So disappointed!! Maybe look at Lorex next!

impossible pour moi de connecter la camera a l'application, ca fait plus d'un mois que j'ai renvoyer l'objet mais apparemment je suis pas éligible au remboursement. donc j'ai ni la camera ni l'argent, j' ai perdu 180$ (oui j'ai du payer moi même le renvoie)(Update) j'ai du me battre pendant 2 semaines pour avoir mon remboursement, le renvoie a pas ete rembourser mais je préfère récupérer 160 au lieux de 20

In product info it talks about free trial for camera to distinguish between animal or person etc. However when the 3 months of free trial are up and you don’t continue monthly you can’t save your videos. Frustrating as I wanted to expand my system without monthly subscription. There was no info you had to do this in product description or free trial acceptance. I’ve had Arlo for years. It’s a good product but being forced to subscribe monthly is wrong.

Easy to set up and use. Battery lasts a few weeks at our home between charges. Great wide view, with high resolution.
