Would rate zero if possible.Was skeptical of a refurb., but the price seemed OK, so I gave it a try. I ordered a Google Pixel 4a5G and that is what the labels said, both on the exterior of the shipping box and on the interior phone box itself. Imagine my surprise when I pulled the phone out and it had a flat glass back instead instead of a polycarbonate back that wrapped around the edges. No indent for a finger reader on the back either. The front screen was very dirty, looked like there had been no effort to even clean it, taking a couple of seconds for a quick wipe with a clean cloth by made it look much better.From the reviews it looks like others got what they ordered, just not my experience. Not sure exactly what had been done to refurbish this phone, but not bothering to clean the screen doesn't leave me with much confidence for the rest of the refurb. At the very least, I expected them to send me the phone listed in the description.My advice to others willing to take a chance on a refurb, is to be wary and check carefully to make sure they at least sent you the phone you paid for. I sure hope others brave enough to order a refurb have a better experience than I did. I will be attempting a return, wish me luck.
