Well packaged on the inside and double boxed. It is quite heavy so don't try to lift it yourself. Assembly is relatively straightforward, however it is mostly pictures. Once assembled, the dual motors work smoothly and the maximum height is perfect for me, as I'm slightly under 6 feet tall. Fully extended the desk feels quite stable. I got the black version and as others have reviewed, that is where I see a potential drawback as the desk marks very easily when touched, and the marks leave a whiteish hue that lingers (see pic). Aside from that, this is a good standing desk at a price point that offers good value for a 4-leg and dual motor version.

5 starred, without a doubt. The desk is working as intended, the 4-leg design makes it really sturdy. The build quality is great for what I paid for.What I want to stress more about is the exceptional customer support. My first delivery got stolen when left unintended at my door on a week day. Even though FedEx has a photo evidence that the package did arrive at my door, it was gone when I arrive home later the day (i.e., it got stolen). When I reach out to customer support via the messages on my order page, they relied within a few hours. And 1 more message exchange later, the customer support agreed to send me a replacement, no extra fee, no non-sense. And 2 days later, I got the new delivery and I am typing on it right now. I just want to say big thank you to the customer support team. All the 5 stars are for you guys!

I researched the product quite a bit before purchasing, as the most common issue with sit/stand tables is that they do not go low enough to sit comfortably for most people. The table from the supplier directly goes lower but is double the price. I tried contacting the company by phone but could not reach anyone which is a red flag for me. So I ordered off Amazon in case I needed to return it.The table is fantastic. It works exactly as advertised. No issues with assembly, everything lined up, extra bolts included just in case. It is stable and can take the weight of 2 monitors easily. Noise level is normal, nothing that would disturb an office environment (or the cat for a home one). Overall I am really happy with this purchase. The price is reasonable. I am hoping it lasts for a bit, only time will tell.**Update: there is no emergency stop function on this desk. If it encounters an obstacle it will keep going risking the motor or causing damage. Keep this in mind.
