I like the weight of the pan. I have a glass top stove and have made eggs in my pan after I properly seasoned my pan for use. I also set the temperature to low (4) on the dial and the eggs were done perfectly and did not stick. I am soooo pleased with my pan. When I can afford it I would like to buy another Hexclad.Cleaning was so easy that I did it via the sink. If you do order this pan, follow the instructions exactly to have it be non-stick.

I do not write a whole lot of reviews on product as I am aware that many of those reviews are very subjective and bias.I would not, however, be comfortable in not letting the people know how disappointed I was with this product.I had viewed the advertisement online for many months and read a lot of people raving about how perfect his product was. As I am the ‘’official Chef at home’’ cook, and I have over the years, acquired several different frying pans, trying to determine the best for my style of cooking. I was also interested in getting a product that would last as long as they claim it would.I received the package and immediately read the instructions about doing a proper clean up and preparing the pan on low heat with cooking oil, again as instructed and to the letter.The next morning, I was really looking forward to preparing my famous ham and cheese omelette on medium-low heat. Unfortunately, when it came time to fold my omelette, I realized that the whole mixture was stuck in the pan. I ended up with a scrambled mess of a breakfast.I cleaned the pan, and my wife used it again about an hour later and ended up with the same result. Nonstick pan I would say not at all. In fact, my best frying pan so far as been the Heritage the Rock series from Canadian Tire.The pan was back in the delivery box and return immediately to the company.Recommendation: 0 out of 5

Excellent product line ever!!! Expensive but worth every penny!!!

I have purchased many expensive pans, but this one is unique, and, by far the best. Its both capable of searing like stainless and its also non stick. I would say its less non stick than traditional pans, but this is because of its ability to seer. This is the ultimate skillet - char meat and cleanup is seconds. Have been using it for a week. It also works better on induction than any other pan i've used to date.

This pan is easy to use, great cooking results and cleans up easily!
