I'm far from being a pro in photography, I shoot as a hobby with a Sony RX10 Mii, so these filters, the polarizer and the variable ND do an excellent job for me. They're not the top of the line, but, for sure, they're also not bottom. The polarizer does its job in cutting reflections, and the ND does a good job in cutting off the quantity of light entering the lens. The built quality is good, easy to screw them on/off, not to stiff and to to lose when rotating. All in all, in my opinion, a good investment.

This is a really nice filter that unfortunately does not work for my application.I bought this to fit my Nikon Nikkor Z 180-600mm zoom lens, for landscape photography. It is very sharp, the elements are planar so do not distort, and it polarizes as I expect. The coatings help with glare and the possibility of fingerprints. The filter does a great job at its primary function: reducing glare on shiny surfaces. All polarizers have two rings with glass: a fixed back section that screws into the lens to which it is attached, and a rotating front part that provides the polarization effect. Rotating the front glass element as the rear remains stationary increases or decreases the polarizing effect. When you rotate that front ring, you always want to rotate it in the direction that tends to tighten the stationary ring so the polarizer doesn't loosen and fall off in your hands. As others have stated in their reviews, the rotating ring is very stiff. That in itself is not a problem, but when mounted on my lens it causes a real problem. The problem: the Nikon lens has a rubber ring around the outside that comes all the way forward to the very end of the filter threads. That combined with this ultra-thin filter means that there is only about 1mm of the back, fixed ring to grip when removing it from the lens. The stiff rotating element makes this filter become so tight on the lens threads that it is impossible to remove without a filter wrench, and very difficult to remove even with a wrench because most wrenches have a round cross-section so there is almost no gripping surface between the wrench and the back filter ring.I own several other K&F Concept filters and I wanted to keep this one. However, it will not work for my application so it goes back.If you have a lens that does NOT have the kind of front mine does, this may work very well for you. In particular, it is so thin that on an ultra wide angle lens it probably won't vignette even at 14-15mm focal length.PROS- Very good coatings to prevent reflections and help keep it clean.- Planar surfaces mean no loss of fidelity.- Very good polarization effect.CONS- Too stiff compared with other filters.

Edit: I received a full refund from K&F, no questions askedThe images I took were nice, the glass is pretty clear for the money. The filter is very difficult to turn, like they used extra heavy grease in the bearings; every once in a while it lets loose and will spin ~5 degrees with no resistance. It has gotten stuck in both my new Tamron 18-300 and the Tiffen filter I bought for it. Broke a filter wrenches getting it removed from each. The threads machining in the threads is rough, that combined with the molasses-in-a-Vermont winter they used to lube the CPL guarantees it will be very difficult to remove. I’m guessing I got one from the end of the thread cutter head’s life on a Friday afternoon or Monday morning. YMMV
