For such a small device it does have a nice output, but also holds the phone very securely and has good battery life. Easy to use except for the on and off switches on the back of the unit which can be sometimes a little difficult to get to. It does slide in and out of its cradle.

I would give this a higher rating, but it had a couple of small issues. I have a Schwinn Meridian with standard handlebars. Even after installing all 4 rubber mats, the clamps would not tighten up enough. I had to jimmy rig it And add more of my own chims. I also had trouble getting it to pair with my phone. I had to unpair some of my other devices first before it would pair. So if you have standard handlebars be ready to. Fabricate another shim of your own..the speaker is good and the headlight is amazing..just wish it would have fit right

First I liked the ease of unboxing the bike speaker. Almost everything was cardboard and there was no tape involved. It took under a minute to have all the parts ready to go. The written guide is pretty good in English and helped me get things hooked up. Syncing my iPhone in Bluetooth was quick and easy. The 2 LED lights were very bright. The speakers were just too loud for testing inside and did distort a bit at the very loudest settings, but that sound level is way too loud to use on a bike for me. I have an iPhone 8 Plus with a case and cover and it barely fit width wise in the clamping holder. Without the phone case it was easier to mount. I tested calling and answering phone calls and that went fine. However the microphone made the listener have a hard time understanding me. The AUX function was fine and worked well with my MP3 player using a dual ended headphone cable. One cool thing I liked was that there is a micro usb cable included with a Velcro horn button. That’s one loud horn! Another cool find was that the 2 handlebar clamps would work and tighten down on my Giant brand bike that has a handlebar that gets bigger closer to the frame. A different light I own just won’t clamp down. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

I've tried multiple solutions for listening to my phone while biking. For years, I've used an older bike-mount bluetooth speaker that I found and placed by phone inside a larger bike-attached material bag. This worked okay, but it wasn't ideal.I've tried the center-bar mounted bags with see-through plastic along the way, and I found them to be relatively worthless. You can't really use the touch through the vinyl/plastic very well, and worse yet, the phone overheats and begins to shutdown. This design was uniquely different. The phone sits up where you can see it. It isn't encased in vinyl. In fact, where it sits, the motion of the bike is helping to provide some cooling of the phone. The mount is extremely tight (spring action gripping the phone on three sides), so the phone isn't falling out. There are two small bottom grips, so a phone with a charger at the bottom can easily fit a USB-C charging cable between them. I personally use this with a Pixel 7.The volume is sufficient even for busy roads. I've used it while biking along a highway. The bluetooth work in both directions (speaker and microphone) for calls, but I wouldn't suggest doing that in a very busy area due to the background noise for the person on the other end.The light on the unit is sufficient to see the reflection of the light on road signs when biking at pre-dawn/dawn when the signs are still 50-100 yards out.The only feature I don't use on this is the bell/alarm. It seems more like a novelty. It sounds more like a kid's tricycle bell (even with the vintage scratching noise). Yelling "Passing on your left" to pedestrians works just fine for me, but the feature is there. The only issues I had with the unit is that it is a bit tricky to get it mounted. You have to get the rubber spacers to stay in place between the bracket and the handle bars while you start to tighten the screws with an allenwrench. It's not impossible, but it takes a few attempts at first. The other issue is that you have to get the screws really tight. It is easy to think they are tight and then start down the road only to have the phone vibrate slightly and progressively tilt downward as you ride. Just make sure you get them tight, and it will be fine. If they aren't tight enough on the first ride, push down on the bottom of the phone while you ride back to keep it from tilting forward enough to possibly have the phone slide out.

I received this bicycle phone holder for my birthday last year when my husband bought me a bike. I wanted to start biking a few miles per day, but I felt more secure with him being able to contact me. I was so happy when he installed this phone holder. I love it because it secures my phone no matter what the terrain. It never falls. I also have the ability to answer a call with the tap of a button and it will activate the Bluetooth speaker. This allows me to keep biking while staying safe. The base also charges so I’m guaranteed to not lose my charge while biking long distance without a power source. The base also contains a night light which came in handy when I unintentionally biked late afternoon and ended up returning at sunset. It was dark for my last mile and I was happy to have the ability to have lights.
