The product that I received from Amazon arrived with opened packaging and due to concerns that it could have been tampered with I chose to file for a return. Amazon handled the return process very well.I have used this product before and have had relatively positive results. The first thing I noticed in the reviews when I ordered this retinol oil was that it had a strange scent. I don't find the scent of this product to be too overpowering or repugnant but it is definitely stronger than any other retinol product that I've used in the past. For an oil, it absorbs into the skin very easily and does not leave any thick or greasy residue which is a major plus for me. The product packaging including the applicator makes this retinol oil very easy to apply.I have very sensitive skin (including facial eczema) and didn't have any kind of reaction to this product which makes me more likely to recommend it to people with dry skin or any sensitive skin concerns as I know that sensitivity can be a common fear surrounding a more potent active ingredient like retinol.After first testing for a reaction, I used this product everyday until it ran out and didn't see terribly noticeable results in the appearance of fine lines on my face, but did notice that my skin looked and felt clearer, smoother, and tighter.

The product seems good. However, trying to get help is unacceptably difficult. The pump does not work. But, the steps you have to take to get help don't even work. To send an email, taking time to fill out the form, and then you can't send it. Terrible customer service.
