I had already bought this crepe pan before and I needed a second one to go faster when preparing crepes, in the mornings with 3 children. I liked my first one and I am still not disappointed with the second one. Works great, heats up quickly, is not too heavy and is perfectly non-slip. I have been using my first one for 3-4 months, so I am not disappointed.

Expected it to be a little bigger, but works well for what I need

However, I didn't realize it was so small, so I'll be ordering another bigger one to better suit my needs.Firstly, the quality of this fry pan is impressive. The Rock.Tec surface treatment truly lives up to its promise of superior non-stick performance. I have cooked various dishes with minimal oil, and the food effortlessly slides off the pan without any sticking or residue. Cleaning is a breeze as well, thanks to the non-stick coating. A simple wipe with a sponge or cloth is all it takes to restore the pan to its pristine condition.The construction of the fry pan is durable, and it feels solid in hand. The handle is ergonomically designed, providing a comfortable grip and heat resistance. I appreciate the sturdiness and reliability of the pan, as it gives me confidence that it will withstand regular use over time.However, the one downside is the size. The 8" diameter is smaller than I anticipated, which limits its capacity for larger meals or cooking for multiple people. It is more suitable for individual portions or smaller dishes. As a result, I have found myself needing a larger fry pan for certain recipes and occasions.Nevertheless, the Starfrit The Rock 8" Fry Pan remains a good product in terms of its performance and quality. I have been pleased with its non-stick properties and overall durability. I have no doubt that it will continue to serve me well for smaller cooking tasks.In light of my experience, I will be ordering another fry pan in a larger size to better meet my cooking needs. If you are in search of a compact fry pan for individual portions or smaller meals, the Starfrit The Rock 8" Fry Pan is a reliable option. I have purchased 2 of these pans over the past 18 months and use them at least 6 times a week. They exceeded my expectations for the quality of the cooking surface which really is "nonstick" and very easy to clean. I purchased it for the small size since I use it primarily for cooking for one (me). I've never written a review of an Amazon product but I've been so pleased with this one, I thought I owed to the company and to the customers. It is also the perfect diameter to fit a clear lid that fits a large sauce pan. I have no negative comments about this product.
