i was so ready to come give this pc an amazing review. came packaged safely, start up was easy, everything worked great. until last night. i suddenly got a bunch of errors and now the pc turns on and does nothing else. i only download games from steam and have probably only played a total of 10 hours since ive gotten it. i believe the cause is a faulty ram. in contact for a refund/replacement and praying that goes smoothly. if you’re trying to just save a few dollars, it’s not worth the stress and disappointment, save for one from a real pc building company/website or build your own. so disappointed and not looking forward to dealing with the return and refund/replacement.- i’d just buy a new ram but im not 100% sure it is the issue, would rather go thru amazons refund process then buy more parts that might not be the issue and miss my chance for this problem to be fixed thru amazon

I've had this PC for 5 months now. The physical setup was easy. Packaging was great. But it took 2 days of fighting with it to get the sound to work at all. I got that working and all seemed well, aside from the wi-fi issues that seem to be common here. Fast forward to today. I go to turn on the PC, and it's just dead. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps for a PC that won't turn on and nothing. Oh, there is a blue light indicating that the power supply does indeed have power, but the rest of it? Completely dead. And i haven't moved it since i set it up. I'm not thrilled. All the small issues could be dealt with and ignored. This? This is a genuine problem.ETA: customer service is a couple of copy and paste messages and they give you a phone number that only goes to a sketchy voicemail.

This PC is perfect for gaming. I love how well it preforms when I play Kerbal Space Program, Snowrunner, and GTAV.It was super easy to set up, and has great performance.The WifI works well, Mouse and keyboard look great. The soundbar is rechargeable and has a much better sound than others I've tried.Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.
