So far the fobs do exactly what I expected however my vehicle has remote start. Direct us to a version of the fob where we can purchase this option.

Worked ok, but range isn’t the best. OverallI’d buy again, but don’t like how the alarm button is on the bottom. At least 7-8x I’ve accidentally hit it fumbling with keys and holding groceries or similar. Not a prob besides everyone looking at me like I’m breaking into the car that I own until I put everything in my hands down and disarm it.

These have a good solid feel to them. I like that the key and fob are in one piece. I have only had them for a couple days, so I can't speak to Durability or anything related to long term ownership. However, I have seen a lot of concern on whether chip keys off of Amazon (and other online sources) will work. These worked for me. I have a 2005 Mustang GT that has the entire wiring harness from a 2007 Mustang GT transplanted into it so the auto trans could be swapped for manual. This means that keys from the 2005 aren't recognized by the computers, and keys from the 2007 won't turn the locks. When I got these keys I took them to Ace and they were kind enough to cut them for me. It sounded like it could have been a problem and that if I got a different person that they might not have even tried, but my experience there was fantastic and they cut them for me no problem. Some people say they have to remove the key part to get them cut, but I didn't have to.I downloaded FORScan, and purchased a recommended by them wired dongle to work with it. After reading and watching about the process, I ordered these keys to make them work. By the way, I made sure the advertised codes matched the codes from the keys that worked in the 2005 before the transplant. I guess I'm lucky the computer from the 2007 works with them.In order to make this work I used the method in FORScan where you delete all the current keys in the car's memory and add new ones. Make sure you have two workable keys before you erase the old ones. There are really good directions on how to program the keys and to check new keys before you erase old ones on the boards for FORScan. I highly recommend using those directions, they were the most clear for me and warned about why you might have problems and how not to have problems!Anyway, these keys work for me! I have two keys that are both programmed to the car and turn the locks. Now all I need to do is finish building the engine and get it into the car! Thanks for a great set of keys so far!

I bought these to program to a Ford Mustang. We only had one key, no spare to the car and was worried we would lock it in the car. These were easy to program. Only took a few minutes and now we have 2 remote keys that work perfectly.

These key fobs look great. They have a pretty high-class design to them. I took them to the local lock smith who required me to take them apart to separate the key blank from the housing because it would not fit into his machine in one piece. He handed me a small screwdriver and I popped them apart. It was easier than I had expected. Make sure you pay attention to how the spring is installed. You basically assemble it then rotate the side around 360 degrees to "load" the spring then close it up and install the screws. Once I figured that out, it went together easily. When I got home, I used my 2 existing keys to add the new keys to my car which was pretty simple and quick using a youtube video. I then used another video to add the remote buttons to the car which was the same simple and quick experience.Concerning the durability comment in the title, it's best to insert the key into the ignition with the open side away from you. If you insert it with the open side toward you, then you are pushing on the edge of the opening when turning the key which feels like it could break.Overall, I like the product and feel it is a very good value. Both keys cut, programmed, and operate easily and as expected.
