Product arrived on time. Product packaging was good. Amazon packaged it in a much large box with no padding so the factory carton was rolling around. The light feels solid and well built. The switch and indicator lamp are simple to use and the switch has a nice feel to it. The magnet is fairly strong and the additional suction cup base will help to keep the light on the vehicle. That said....I generally do not recommend high speed driving with a magnetic light of any type unless it is of known good quality. The light itself is simple to use and the remote is already paired to the light. Brightness.....I am a volunteer responder on a number of County emergency response Teams. We are not red or blue light authorized so the less restricted colors are all we can use. I have a Class 1 Whelen 23 inch light bar along with a battery powered 24 inch directional light / traffic advisor bar from another manufacturer and some Agrieyes unidirectional battery powered warning lights, so I can make some direct comparisons. This light IS bright but....Each section of emitters is only about one square inch, so despite the brightness of the emitters the ability of the light to project in daylight is more limited than any of my other lights. I would give a single one of these lights a fair rating in daylight use. By that I mean it is visible and can be seen but I would not want to rely on this light alone in daylight conditions. That said, I like it enough to have ordered a second one and the two of them combined will be much more visible in the daylight. At night this light projects well and I would rate it as good to very good. Only a true class 1 light would be rated as excellent. At night even a single light would provide adequate warning to oncoming vehicles in MANY conditions. Here again....In heavy snow or rain or in a high traffic volume area I would recommend at least two of these lights or a true Class 1 lightbar. So why to I choose battery powered lights when I have a Class 1 Whelen light bar?....There are times when I may need to leave my vehicle for an extended period of time and having a quality battery powered light which I can leave on without fear of draining the vehicle battery. Having a variety of light styles provides the flexibility I need.So...Overall...I am very pleased with this light and as noted above....I did just order another. The rating of four stars is solely due to the small emitter and subsequent limited usage as a single light in daylight conditions. That said, the price point is good and the small size of the light makes it easy to store. One limitation is that it comes with a lighter charging ford only. No 110V charger is provided. If you have a 12 volt power source in your home you can of course use that to charge the light.

Arrived without a power plug...but that's my fault for failing to read the listing completely....SO is this third wire positive or negative grounded to change the flash sequence? Inquiring minds wanna know! Instructions are worthless. Very bright light, seems very well made....I just need info on that third wire! UPDATE....this unit uses a positive tripped power plug...so make sure you order the right one if you need it. I ordered a second one a week after the first. These units rotate/flash at different speeds which makes for a weird appearance on my storm chasing car that is used in tv commercials. You get what you pay for I guess.
Strobbed out dude!!
Ok so mama delivers for a day job and with traffic so crazy these days we decided a nice low profile strobe would increase her visibility… I have a mobile auto repair business and use one also… so we came across this one on Amazon and thought hmm it’s cooler than mine…. When it came we were blown away this light is awesome!!! It uses a magnet mount in conjunction with a suction cup! Your not getting it off without denting your car!! “Unless you use the eject tab” I would have not drilled hole in my van for the light I use had I known about this light… it’s at least three times as bright and has two switches on the cigarette lighter style plug supper easy to use and the seven flash patterns taylor the light to your liking or situation at the time… it’s supper low profile and looks great on her Prius.. the only negative for us would be that we run the wire through the rear hatch and all the way to the cig lighter in the center console… the wire was a bit short to make that trip under the trim and having the wire dangle wasn’t going to work out so I added 5’ of three conductor wire to the plug end… easy fix and a wonderful light!! I believe this light has saved us from a possible rear end collision twice so far!! There fore it’s paid for itself already and we’ve only just begun.. sleek stylish supper bright and will absolutely not shake, bounce or blow off even the space shuttle… you guys knocked it out of the park with this one!!! Good job!
