For starters, not compatible with nest, can't link sensors.Constantly will set itself to 'eco' mode and heat the house up (minimum cold temp is 24 degrees).My constantly malfunctioned and recently would not turn the heat on.I ended up just switching it out, I recommend looking for other models.

This product is sold by a third party (Shopper Savings) - although this is shown as being sold and fulfilled by Amazon on the product listing.The product is also not compatible with several types of HVAC systems, which is not shown or mentioned anywhere on the product page.Lastly the seller makes the returns process cumbersome by requiring 3 days to review the refund request.
