Updated: Several days later, I'm surprised to get contacted by the seller and the seller is willing to refund me. Another two weeks passed I got the refund. I feel better now. And I updated the title and the rating.I bought this product because it has an Amazon Choice label and really cheap price. It also has pretty high rating. However, after receiving the product and eating several weeks. I feel this product was not high quality where the softgel began to stick to each other. Then I starting to search online this manufacturer "MicroIngredients" and found many people claim that this is a scam brand. Highly possible the product is imported with low quality material.When I wrote this review, I have unfortunately thrown away the product and the package. The problem is on its package that the manufacturer/distribution center address printed on the package was just a warehouse around Los Angeles.Just an alarm for new buyers. As to me, I'll just stay away from this brand.

Because you don’t need more than 20mg I only take one, 20mg. They are larger than the others that I took but for the $ they are great.

I've been taking Lutein for over 5 years and this product is very affordable and gives a 40MG dose per caplet so very good for eye health.

Got it for the lutein zexanthin. It is less pricey than many other products. Not sure of the EFA quality or quantity though.
