These are labeled as non GMO gluten free high quality ethically sourced gmo made in the USA. The efa profile is a little high in omega 6 for my taste. There is also vegetable glycerine in these. These softgels are large so some people might find them hard to swallow. There is certainly nothing wrong with this supplement but at the same time there are far better ways to get a more balanced form of essential fatty acids for your health.

I recommend this to my patients for memory and mental fogginess. It does not raise blood pressure as ginsing (also used for memory) does. And it has the benefits of the Omegas to help in other ways. Good product. I take it myself and encourage others to do so as well.
