Chair looks good but it is like sitting on a slab of concrete. It is not anywhere near as padded as picture leads you to believe. After 1 day using it it has now been moved to spare room. If I had of kept the box and the postage was not so expensive I would be returning it.

Good sturdy chair, the style of it is nice altho I would have opted for grey plastic for the arms as the white makes it look cheap.I think this is comfortable, some reviews say you can feel where the massage pads are but you can't. Reclines well and a pull out footrest, which I can see possibly breaking over time but if you don't man handle it and only use as and when it will last. Found it easy to assemble too.The massage function is a little on the noisy side. But you can definitely feel it, 2 settings for this, high and low. Heat is very good too. Although I do agree that green writing on blue is hard to see.Sizes of the chair is nice and wide and tall on the back. Overall function of this chair is good.
