And this particular dispensing unit is the best I've ever found.I regularly suffer with a blocked nose at night, often for weeks at a time. But this product fixes it within five minutes of application, every time, and lasts all night. I don't use the maximum dose indicated, which is two sprays per nostril three times a day. I use a single spray per nostril once before bed. I wish that there was a spray that delivered half the volume, because I have the inkling that the amount sprayed is more than is really needed. But that's not reason enough to dock a star, because in every other respect this product stands head and shoulders above the alternatives.It goes like this.1. The alternative, squeezy bottle depends on how hard you squeeze it and I've seen people tilt their heads back to use it, which delivers *far* too much product. I liked this.I got it here at a good price, it arrived really quickly, and it worked as intended.However, I learned this, which I want to flag to others:****This product WILL cause you rebound congestion after 1-3 days of use.In other words, if you weren't blowing your nose to begin with, you certainly will start to. And non-stop, like you've come down with a large dose of the cold.Its documented well. The active ingredient here does this.I didn't know and thought Id had the bad luck to catch a cold on top of the sinusitis already there.Once I researched the active ingredient, and discovered this side effect, I stopped using the product, and the apparent cold was gone the next day, as suddenly as it had arrived.The point of this product is to give you quick relief. It words faster than other methods. But it can only work like that for a day or so.That has its uses. Forinstance, if you want to be ok for a day-long event, or appointment.But just be warned that if you use if for a few days, you will develop a lot of congestion, like a big head cold, and be blowing your nose non-stop.Hope that helps someone!
