I purchased a 24-inch Samsung monitor expecting a smooth experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. The monitor was delivered defective right out of the box. It wouldn’t power on despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps.I immediately contacted Amazon customer service, expecting them to take responsibility for the faulty product. To my shock, they refused to assist and instead directed me to deal with Samsung’s service center. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I bought the product from Amazon, not directly from Samsung, and it should be Amazon’s responsibility to handle defective products within the return window.Now I’m stuck dealing with a service center, wasting time and energy on something that should have been handled by Amazon. This experience has made me lose trust in Amazon’s customer support and return policy. If Amazon refuses to take responsibility for the products they sell, what’s the point of purchasing from this platform?I strongly urge Amazon to step up and ensure better post-sales service. Extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering from here again.

I really like the matte finish anti reflective screen. And the refresh rate is max 75Hz which is optimal for Mac users. Having used this for gaming yet.The build quality is also good not best but good. Value for money. If you are a techie 👨🏻‍💻 and want to extend your screen, definitely you can go with this monitor.🖥️

This one is an absolute no-brainer. One of the best curved screens out there right now.It's easy on the eyes, and makes for comfortable viewing even if you sit 3-4 feet away from the monitor.The video quality is absolutely crisp, with no bleeding or glare. Works perfectly in sync with my AMD Ryzen 5 Radeon GPU, and it's probably the best VFM curved screen in the market right now.Bonus if you manage to get it during one of the sales where you can get massive discounts on the product.

This review after a few days of using this Samsung 22" Monitor. In summary its excellent, 5*s, I am delighted. Now details: I WFH on a 36" X 24" table top. I placed on it, an Epson inkjet printer, 17.6" laptop, 10" BT keyboard, BT mouse, 2-3 mobiles, 1-2 diaries, ear phones and needed to add a monitor now, leaving space for my 2 palms and do my work! And everything must look great too! 22" size which I predicted Ok for available space in this arrangement is just too good! What I liked is the monitor is neither too small, nor too big - just right for WFH, price is very competitive, display quality is excellent. Brightness & contrast adjustment ranges are very wide, are good enough to adjust for working in low daylights, no stress to the eyes. For bright daylight also adjustment range is excellent! To connect laptop, HDMI cable is supplied by Samsung. So I could start working on it in few minutes after unpacking. To connect with tablet, I needed to buy a convertor: HDMI to C or HDMI to USB (Samsung to consider giving that also at extra cost, genuine one is better). There are no speakers to the monitor but no problem, using ear phones from laptop. Monitor has practical vertical tilt adjustment, no complaints. Horizontal angular & vertical height adjustments are not there but no issues since bottom stand angle or height of the chair can be changed to adjust. I don't play any mobile or online games but display quality of photos and videos is excellent. There is no heating during prolonged use. 3 side bezels are negligible, bottom bezel is 3/4th inch but OK, it doesn't distract the view. Setting adjustments are easy. I normally use 1 window at a time, but 2 big tablet size windows, 1 or 2 smaller windows get placed well on the screen. Secondary things like packing, delivery, ....., are all excellent. If you know, what for you require it, this is a 5* product at the price I got it! A Big thank you to Amazon and Samsung teams, keep doing great. (I am not paid for this review so its without any bias!)

Screen: IPS for this price is a steal. The screen is vibrant, sharp & looks rich. You can see a lot of detail watching HD stuff. I was afraid I will see pixelated visuals, but NO! It's very clear.Hardware: Stand is sturdy enough. Don't think it's metal but ya does the job. The only drawback is the back panel and sides. Please don't apply too much pressure on the top & sides of the panel. It's not sturdy. Grab the bottom of the screen and little pressure on the top side to tilt the screen up and down. But I'd say don't do it too often. If you want to use this monitor for good long years without issues, set the monitor screen once for your preference and don't touch it afterwards. To tilt the screen to the left/right, please use both legs of the stand. That's my advice.Otherwise, this monitor is a steal of 9k. You are getting latest 2024 model. I'm extremely happy. I bought it mainly for viewing stock charts, I'm not disappointed 😃
