The black kitty that sits on the shoulder wasn't in the box! We will message them to try to get kitty back. Other than that the directions were a little confusing, the hardware package was open a little and a screw was missing but there was an extra. Then I went to use the extra screw but there wasn't a hole where there was suppose to be so it didn't even matter! Wasn't vital, just a stopper screw for the leg rest.

I love this chair. It is so cute and comfy. The pillow for back support is amazing. The instructions were a little confusing but I got it put together by myself. The instructions were a big help but nothing was labeled like in the instructions other than the bolts and the Allen wrench. It could be because I'm dyslexic but it's all good and if this one ever falls apart I'm definitely buying another. Hopefully they make a purple one.

This did come with a little bit of assembly required but it didn't take too long to get the pieces together. It's pretty sturdy in my opinion. Everything tightened up really well. There is the leg rest that very easily folds out and pulls out and then you can just tuck it back in. The chair does go up and down and then the reclining and not reclining. You can lock in place so that it can either recline or not recline. The head pillow that clips on. I actually like that the best because it stays in place. The bottom pillow is good to add add a bit more support. However that is not connected to the chair. It is just a pillow on the chair. It's very easily operated and is functional. I'm happy with it.

My husband got my this for Christmas and it is so cute and seems super sturdy. The leg rest kind of take a bit to pull out or push in. Nd seems good for the price. It fits me and my husband and we are kind of bigger. Just kind of snug on the thighs when I try to sit certain ways. Feel super comfy and can lean back a good bit to where you are mostly laying down. My only complaint about it is the instructions are unfinished and the cat didn’t come on the key chain loop and there is no way to put it on there the right way. Instructions put together the back and the back of the chair but after that it says it was fully finished, but the arms and decoration were not on and we didn’t even use some screws, which we found out were from the arms. The instructions also show a few items not as they actually are. There was a bar in the instructions that showed it had four holes on each side and was flat, but the piece was not fully flat and had 4 holes on one side and 3 on the other and not even same placement for the three holes as the four shown. I would recommend because it was cheap and pretty good quality that I see so far!

I absolutely love it. It took close to an hour to assemble. And it fits my height perfectly. Did wish the instructions were a bit more detailed but it didn’t affect me putting it together. It is made of sturdy and good quality. The cushioning is perfect. Not too soft and not too firm. Lastly, it looks just like the picture and is absolutely sooo cute!!!!!
