I bought this power supply used. Upon receiving I open and noticed that some cables were missing. I contacted Amazon and had to chat with 4 different reps just for them to tell me to return it. I didnt want to return the power supply but couldn't use it without the missing cables. I decided to contact Reddragon support through their website. I received a email back with in 24 hours from a representative named Erin. She gave some of the best customer service I've had in years. Every email I sent (like 5 or 6) was replied to in minutes after sending. She was compassionate, and understanding. The new cables were received a few days later free of charge. The power supply looks great, and works flawlessly. Mistakes happen it's how a company handles the mistakes that show their true character. It was a breath of fresh air to get such good customer service for once, thankyou Erin

I had high hopes for this PSU. I had just bought a new RX7900XTX to replace my aging RTX2060. I only had a 650W PSU and I was reading that 850W is the recommended minimum. So I bought this PSU. The first problem I had is that the RX7900XTX requires 3 x 8 pin PCIe connectors. The PSU came with 3 PCIe connectors, but only one cable would fit. Of the two that wouldn't fit, one cable would fit the GPU side but not the PSU side, the other cable would not fit either the PSU nor the GPU side. There was also another CPU cable that would fit the motherboard, but would not fit the PSU side at all. I was already suspicious of the PSU. After installing the PSU and applying power to the PSU, the RGB LEDs in my memory DIMMS lit up, which seemed to like a good sign. However, that's where the good signs stopped. As soon as turn on the PC, the PSU would shut down, I would hear a clicking noise and it would not power back on no matter what. After waiting about 10 minutes, the PSU would come on again, only to shut down again and make the same clicking noise again. I was VERY disappointed since I had to pretty much take my entire PC apart to install the new PSU and re-route all the cables. I am glad I didn't bother dressing up the cables to make look nice, or I would have been more disappointed. I definitely would NOT recommend this PSU. Maybe I got a dud, but the burned child avoids the fire... It was quiet for the 10 seconds that it ran, so I give it that.

I’ve tried more mainstream PSU brands in the past, and they’ve always had some issue whether it’s noisy fans, inconsistent power delivery, or overheating. But this Redragon PSU007 has been an absolutelyconsistent! With my rigged-out build (tons of RGB, multiple components, and a heavy load of peripherals), I was worried about stability, but this PSU has held strong without breaking a sweat. The 80 Plus Gold certification and fully modular design were exactly what I needed for efficient power management and keeping my case looking clean. The compact size is also a huge bonus since I didn’t have to compromise on space. And let’s not forget the RGB fan! It not only looks great but stays impressively quiet even under heavy loads, thanks to the smart ECO low-noise feature. No issues on shutdown times, my computer turns off quickly and quietly. Amazing value!I’m really impressed with the quality 100% Japanese capacitors show they didn’t cut corners, and it’s been rock solid powering everything in my build. Even compared to bigger-name brands, this PSU stands out as a reliable, high-performance option. If you’re looking for a power supply that can handle an extensive setup and deliver top-notch performance, Redragon is the way to go!

This PSU is very quiet at idle, and I have the white 650W variant. Overall, I absolutely love this PSU, this is the PSU used in this $700 budget build commision. The i7-6800K & RX 5700, plus everything else, only uses around 575W. The RGB fan looks nice, but I do wish that the fan had a cord to connect to my fan hub, as I have to change the colors seperately with the red LED button. The PSU does also come with very nice white cables, although I used extensions for the GPU, CPU, and mobo PWR. Overall, really like it, very nice lighting, from the 3rd pic, and has nice power consumption. Again, it’s very quiet, although SLIGHTLY noisy under stress, but still very good temps. The PSU is also somewhat light when I took it out of the packaging, but that was without the full mod cables attached. Build is still lighter than the previous one that used the same case, and a smaller GPU, but larger mobo. Overall, I really love it, and definitely will use it again in the future, possibly in my next personal build for the 1300w.
