It’s very sturdy and has built in sound on the monitor which was cool. Though, be warned (we haven’t tried to figure it out.) It makes noise when going to sleep and waking up, like loooots of beeping and then a cute little jingle lol. Refresh rate is an upgrade for my bf he’s very happy with it.I recommend!

Bought as a replacement monitor and haven't had any complaints! It did take some time playing with the settings to get the colour's where I like them but now it looks great!

This display showcases just how far cheap displays have come. It's reasonably bright, has fantastic viewing angles, and the slightly higher refresh rate compared to a standard 60 Hz display makes it feel noticeably faster - although you do need to enable it in settings if you're using Windows. It's perfect for general use and office work. However, if you plan to use it for gaming, you can find higher refresh rate displays for a similar price. On the plus side, it was incredibly easy to set up, requiring only two screws and plugging in the cables. As for my complaints, while there are a few, they're relatively minor. Firstly, it's worth noting that this monitor has no built-in speakers, although it does have a headphone jack that allows you to plug in your own set and switch inputs with the display. However, I wouldn't recommend using this option, as the headphone jack on the display produces a grinding sound that's unpleasant to listen to, it also just sounds bad. Even if you plug nice speakers into it just makes everything sound like 2000’s budget desktop speakers. Secondly, the power cable has a design flaw - instead of having a power break in the middle of the cable, the brick is integrated into the wall outlet, which takes up nearly three outlets if you're using a power strip. Additionally, there's no height adjustment, only a limited amount of tilt, which may not be sufficient for users over 6 feet tall. Despite these issues, it's a great display overall.

Since there was no manual per se with it, I had difficulty setting the configuration which I thought would be automatic until I learned that the on and off switch is a toggle switch that gives a menu and enabling configuration. Works well now.

After ordering and receiving an hdmi to displayport adapter, I finally had the chance to power up this puppy! Oh, I am so happy. Usually, I set my viewing monitors to cinema as we watch a ton of films, documentaries, and series. I have a separate landscape configured monitor which I use for writing and hobby coding with. So, and in cinema mode, this LG monitor is stunning! I love it! Huge thank you to LG for making an affordable and from what I can witness a wonderful product.
