I leave my rods in the with bungie's while transporting my yak and they always stay in. Works great so far.

Well made and can be mounted on the main panel with a drill and some toothpaste. I used toothpaste to mark the screw holes on the back the these rod holders then placed them on the panel and removed the holders. You’re left with clean and clear drill points.
Stuff Collector
These rod holders surprised in just how strong they are. Attached to a Flambeau crate they work pretty well when the crate is loaded so it doesn’t tip.
C. Pilot
It's nice to have four rather than just two on the Tuff Krate. Easy to install. They're a little shallow (wish they were deeper) so the rods kind of spin around in these holders, but otherwise they work well. This is a really nice kayak crate solution.
