Bought this and was sceptical, I'm a delivery driver and it's im not always able to stop for food so bought this for clear whey protein. First use took a minute to get the double press mixer to go as you have to do it in quick consetion for it to go for 2 minutes. Once started add powder into vortex and leave to mix. Found it does this perfectly but.... I bought this with the 600ml capacity but as the vortex goes obviously the liquid goes up. So by putting 450ml in to mix then add extra is a bit more faffing but ok. There are reviews with it not mixing properly but I havnt used thicker proteins but from what I gather as long as you follow instructions and start the vortex before adding powder you shouldn't have an issue. Also as a driver it's hard to find a shaker that fits in drinks holders but this fits perfectly with and without rechargeable base AAA*. After mixing 2 shakes for 3 minutes each battery indicates half charge from a full charge so perfect for what I use it for. I love mine and have got 5 other people to buy from my works plus my wife. A bit pricey but when compared to AA/AAA battery operated once this will save money in the long run. I've been using mine now for 4 days and no issues or complaints.Perfect for on the go, mixes better than a shaker (in my opinion)Only thing I found to have a niggle over was the mouth spoute being very short on the lid

When I first started using the shaker it worked brilliantly! The option to blend for 30 seconds or 3 minutes is great. It's annoying to clean by hand, but not impossible.However after about 4 months of use water started to leak out of the bottom of the bottle where the motor connects to it and I also noticed an awful smell coming from there.I decided to take it apart to clean it and found what I believe to be limescale around the small rubber bits at the bottom of the bottle. I cleaned them up and upon putting it back together it could no longer blend shakes. Whether this is because of the motor or not, I couldn't tell you. It's just something to look out forThat said the thing worked great and I had no problems with it up until that point and considering I used it twice a day nearly every day I got a lot of use out of it in the time I've owned it! I will definitely be buying another one.

This works really well as long as you actually read & follow the instructions, put in your water/milk then turn it on (Double click the power button so it doesnt turn off after 30 secs) & then gradually add your powder to the middle.Makes my protein shake even creamier than a regular blender does. No fruit/ice necessary! However, the power is only enough for a spin or two. That's what they need to improve on.Bottle is also beautiful and leak proof.
