This worked well as an antibiotic, and I also used it for bug bites. It’s a convenient little tube to carry on the go, and it doesn’t sting when you apply it.

Bactine has been around for years. My mom put it on my cuts and scrapes in the 1950s and 60s. Later, I switched to another antibiotic ointment which works well most of the time. Some scrapes, cuts, and infections weren't healing with the other ointment. This Bactine MAX Antibiotic Pain Relieving Ointment's main ingredient is Bacitracin, which works well against some infections. It also contains Lidocaine for a modicum of pain relief. I highly recommend this ointment.
