buds onear the left side are bad, the Thebattery goes from 100% to 1% in 5-6 minutes and the ear buds stop, so I called jbl care.

Got superb sound effects with sharp, bass and clear sound. Equaliser function adds value to the sound. Adaptive noise cancellation is an added feature. All the function that we see on the app is available on the display itself. These are some of the best part.Worst part here is the design. The earphones doesn't fit in ears and keeps falling. Tried with many others to check if the problem is specific to me but the the result is same on others too. Shocking that a reputed brand is making a substandard design. This is a design fault. My advice to the buyers, kindly avoid this item.
