This vac is night and day to my last one! Powerful suction, pretty quiet, so smooth to push around. Easy to take apart, easy to empty, I love the feature where you can take the rubbish compartment and the hose separately for the staircase too. Not to mention it’s nice and compact, so easy to store. The cord is quite long too. Over the moon with it.

I have to give this Shark Vacuum 5 stares because it's really powerful for suction, but sadly I had to return it for a refund as it's too heavy for us, when doing a low pile carpet I had it on full suction to get deep into the pile, and after using it for 3 rooms I was knackered, it's like pushing a car uphill, Now, it you're built like Samson or big Arnie you'd have no problem...

We’ve had Shark vacuums and carpet cleaner now for years - last shark lasted 10 years of heavy use. Love that Shark sell all parts even for older models. But we decided to get newer model with this one. It’s superb. All the familiar Shark easy to use and lift away is great. But so much more power. Narrower base slightly which is so useful to get into gaps .. great job Shark and love the attachment any hair wrap. Great for stairs

The best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever used with the best value for money. I did a lot of research, read many reviews on and off Amazon, both about Shark and its competitor, which costs almost three times as much. Many people who have tried both told me that Shark is superior, and honestly, I have no doubts now.I bought my Shark in October 2024, and so far, I only have good things to say about it. It has powerful suction, is very easy to assemble, handle, and clean. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but I believe that’s to compensate for the strong suction motor.I take great care of it because it’s become my best ally in keeping my home clean, especially carpets, rugs, and sofas. Below are some photos of the first time I used it in the guest room.Note: I had cleaned the room the previous week with my old vacuum (which barely picked up anything) and then with a broom until my Shark arrived. I vacuumed the room twice, and this is everything my Shark picked up. I’m very satisfied!

Feels very premium for the money. Excellent suction - much better than the old Miele it replaced.Some reviews say it’s heavy. I don’t find that, but my wife thinks it is - however, it’s not heavy to lift and carry, and I think the weight comes from the fact that the suction is so powerful it sticks to the carpet and needs some pressure to move around.The car detail kit is a nice little addition, and does the job well - cleans the crevices very well.It’s a shame it doesn’t have an automatic retracting cable like the Miele, so you have to wind the cable by hand, but that might be a feature of upright vacuum cleaners.On the whole, very good value for money (at the £170 we paid).
