It may be the power of suggestion, but when I take this supplement at night, I sleep much better.The capsules may look a bit large, but - as someone with a ridiculously sensitive throat - I've had no trouble swallowing these.The packaging is sturdy, too. I have no worries about capsules being crushed if I toss this entire package into my suitcase, etc.
