Five stars except it fell apart. So...Before it broke, it was great. The funnel could even be used separately for brewing tea quite effectively. I liked it. Now I have to figure out if I can solder it or something.I knocked it off my kettle, it fell 10 inches onto the granite countertop, and the bottom popped off. not well welded, that's for sure.

wow. the best filter i gave ever owned.I have given up on coffee makers i have gad many of them, including the expensive MokaMaster.But none gets the coffee wet consistently and the spray arms are always pitiful.So i retuned to hand brewing with a cone filter.I was using a cheap plastic one with the filter paper. It made fine coffee since i could control the pour.I was looking to buy another cone filter when i saw this one.I was skeptical. As. coffee lover i had tried french presses in the past and they sort of make muddy coffeeThis one does not. You get clean, crisp and wonderful tasting coffee Easy cleanup. And you save on the filter paper and the environment.But the coffee taste alone makes it worth the purchase

This makes a great cup of coffee and is built well. It's easy to clean and the mesh keeps all the grounds out of my coffee. I like that I don't have to use a paper filter and get the full flavor from the coffee.
