This pillow has absolutely changed my life. I could never go back to a regular pillow. I have been waking up with back pain so bad that I can’t even breath for about 6 years now, and I am happy to say, for the first time in a long time, I’m finally sleeping through the night and waking up completely without any pain at all!!! Some of the reviews I was a little worried about, but this pillow is soft enough to sink into but firm enough to keep you propped up comfortably. It’s not just a “regular pillow seen to another pillow”- it’s a larger wedge shaped pillow with a cylindrical pillow sewn in. It is the most comfortable thing and my favorite thing I’ve purchased from Amazon! I’ve looked all over for something like this and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this! This sounded like the cat's meow when I found it, as I have not been comfortable with the typical foam wedge pillow, which has also caused me to slip down or to the side. I disregarded the negative reviews. Too bad! If you have a firm backboard, this might work for you; I do not, and the floppy ("convertible") portion of the wedge slides off the back of the bed or cot (was using this in my tent and then in the camper). It is potentially comfortable, but I still require some sort of additional neck support and have gone through 3 of my neck pillows without finding comfort. The smaller end does make a comfortable pillow, but I already have one that is larger. Not sure about comfort in any of the other highly touted positions. Seems like yet another designer, overrated solution. The rule that the single use tool is best for the job likely applies here. For this one, that means no large meals before bed. Good luck to you!

This is a decent product, especially for the money but I feel I did not have the support that I looking for in a pillow. I felt it was too soft. I used it for a couple of weeks, but went back to my other pillow which is more firm.

I really like this pillow it's a very comfortable and really soft the only unfortunate thing is it doesn't come with a pillowcase and the one I ordered seperately later that is supposed to fit it is not very soft despite washing it several times and doesn't fit very well so I'm not even using it on the pillow. So I don't know how long it will last since I can't clean it then once it gets dirty I won't want to use it. But other than that it's a great pillow - exactly the amount of support I wanted to be able to sit up in bed against my very hard headboard comfortably and it's also very comfortable to sleep with my head on the small round part.
