Buggy! I had high hopes for the EMOPET AI Desk Robot, but my experience has been quite disappointing. Initially, it worked well and was a fun addition to my desk. However, after just a week of use, I started receiving an error message for the past 2 days saying, "the server is a bit tired right now, try again later." Ever since, it won’t answer any questions or engage in chat. The only features that still work are the built-in routines. I’ve tried reconnecting it to Wi-Fi and even performed a power cycle, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. If this doesn't fix itself soon, I'm planning on returning it.This is not what I expected from a product like this, and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I wouldn't recommend it due to its unreliable performance. I hope the developers can address these issues, but for now, it’s a one-star experience for me.
