I ordered one set and only received 3 instead of 4 in the package. After going back and forth with the seller for days, I was told it was Amazon's fault, not theirs. I ordered a second set as I needed 4 of them. Put those up and 3 out of the 4 didn't hold the rope tight. Any weight on the rope and the rope slid through. Not happy as I had to tie knots in the rope, ugh!
