What we dislike is that it quit working about 2 months after spending all that money on it! Not one avenue I reached out to has wrote me back. I see so many comments with the same problem! Try backing what you sell! Very unsatisfied customer

What a money making scam. You buy machine and then have to spend hundreds of dollars a year to use it. Do not buy unless you have money to throw away. There is no free software. Swearing as I am typing.

I bought this to do stencils and stickers for my business to save time doing it by hand with arthritis. This machine has wasted 2.5 days of my time and a ridiculous amount of expensive supplies such as transfer film and vinyl paper. It took over 6 hrs to calibrate it as the Bluetooth likes to kick out every time. Every single project I went to cut has failed miserably and yes I have done the tutorials and know how to select proper pressures for the material I am using. I even went and found a pressure guide sheet for other types of materials. The software and machine need to reboot constantly, each project I have tried to do glitched out and I had to start all over, making me waste more time and materials. The extra parts like special blades, extra mats, Cricut paper/vinyl etc. are all insanely expensive. You can use other papers, but good luck finding any accurate information to 'substitute' the Cricut version. On top of all that, there is a subscription $115/yr to use basic features such as warp, any interesting designs/fonts aside from basic shapes and terrible images. The $250 for the machine wasn't enough? I wouldn't use any of the images anyway, I draw my own (which makes the uploading an image process longer). Even one project I did was a print and cut and the Cricut wanted my money to even do the FREE print and cut option. Needless to say that was another waste of time. Not sure who has time, patience, or deep pockets for this, but I would definitely not buy a subscription on broken software. If anything, they can pay me for my full recycle bin of wasted money! What a joke!
