Lowrance HDS-Live Fish Finder, Multi-Touch Screen, Live Sonar Compatible, Preloaded C-MAP US Enhanced Mapping

I bought this for my Hobie Kayak. I’ve had it installed for about a month now and so far it’s awesome.Installation was very straightforward, but this was not my first kayak installation.The gps charts needed to be updated but that was relatively quick with the app. The features are great as it’s nice to have more than just standard sonar. The touch screen is also really nice.All-in, it’s a great unit and has been worth every penny.

Great device all over. Very functional touchscreen that can be easily seen in sunny weather and through polarized glasses. Sonar detects fish in a real time which is very helpful. Downscan provides a lot of information about what’s going on under water, I was amazed with how it detected movements of my comparatively small lure while jigging. Very happy with this gadget!

This is AWSOME. with the right cable it will show all your transducers and you can also watch TV from your phone while fishing.

Great unit...arrived quickly! Amazon had the best price around on this unit (at the time of purchase) and I did a lot of online shopping. I was a little shocked that Amazon was the lowest price (a lot of times Amazon has ridiculous pricing on certain items). It's mounted on my bass boat and working perfectly.

Lowrance locators are the best! I have 3 of these on my bass boat and a lowrance on my pontoon boat! Interfaces well with my ghost trolling motor and active target. Game charger! Easy to see in bright sunlight too

This is a fantastic fish finder. Turns out these are the discontinued units from Lowrance but the features and price can't be beat. The software in my new unit was from 2020, but I easily updated it to the June 2023 release from the Lowrance website. That installed many new features including fish icons and depth, etc. Highly recommend!

Bought to upgrade my old hummingbird. Didn't know how much I have been missing out. So many extras you can add on. Will likely get a second one.

This is a very useful tool for finding and getting back to your favorite fishing hole. I went with the HDS Live 7" to replace my older Elite 4 and what an upgrade. Very solid construction and fairly reliable, so far the major issue im having is heat and the screen freezing or even unit shutting down when I try to do anything while converting a logged sonar. An update with a feature to control functions that could used to turn off unused features in order to save resource usage would be awesome. All in all very pleased to have stayed with Lowrance I look forward to what they will bring out in the future.
