Product description made a big deal about it coming with a plastic insert for the back which made it more stable than similar items. Not only did it not come with the insert, there is nowhere for the insert to even go, so it's not just a one off mistake on my item, it's an incorrect product description. Item description also makes a big deal about how it's bigger to fit clothing items. As you can see from the photos, it is far too small for ladies UK size 14 jeans. And only one end will stay flat at a time (although I think with time that might change). Totally misleading product description, absolutely not as expected, wish I'd taken heed of other negative reviews. I can only assume the positive reviews are from people who received a totally different item or....

Very expensive for a piece of plastic, really not worth the money, it's ugly and cheap looking, material would have been better!But I guess it does what they say, it's just pretty flimsy at the bottom and so are the dividers, it feels like it will rip under the weight of the jeans as the bottom is not solid, and for me I will need to pull it out of my wardrobe to access it.I filled it with jeans, I folded mine so as the waists were at the top, so as I could tell which ones were which, but they did not fit in as easily as in the product picture and video. I really had to squash them in as I found I had to fold them 4 times to make them go in low enough without sticking out of the top. I have a lot of jeans and this looked ideal to keep them tidy, but I'm quite disappointed with it. I need another one but will try a different brand.

Very disappointed with this product, does not fit larger size jeans, 18 and above. So bad advertisement.
