This dresser is made of light tubular steel for the frame, fabric drawers, and MDF slabs for the top and centerpiece sections. A single person could move this dresser without much trouble. This more inexpensive, less solidly built furniture is useful for anyone renting out a place looking for easy to move furniture, college students, or someone who appreciates the minimal farmhouse aesthetics it provides. I use it as a dresser/charging station for my kindle and 3ds, since I already have the TV on a bigger TV stand, but for someone who doesn't, this might shine even more as a TV stand than a dresser. The led light bar works well with the remote control and I have had no issue with any of the colors, modes, or general use so far. The built in power strip make it convenient to plug in TVs and consoles and other electronics.For a reasonable price, this is a functional light duty, light weight dresser with some cool extras added on.

Assembly: 5/5I did receive the top damaged in the corner, their company’s service was super responsive and helped find a solution immediately.This assembly took me around 30 minutes with my electric screwdriver. It’s very simple, just make sure everything is oriented the right way the first time. The manual is very easy to follow, with a very small amount of hardware to go through.Looks: 4/5This has a very beautiful front profile. The only complaint I have is the farmhouse wood. This is a very common wood style seen, but to me it looks far from real wood. I’d prefer something more realistic. However for the size and low price, I understand. The fabric drawers don’t look fabric until you touch them, and the metal looks alright.Quality / Durability: 4/5It’s a metal base with MDF wood on top and fabric drawers inside. Will this last as long as a full solid wood chest of drawers? No. But will it be 15x less in price? Yes. It will last as long as those materials last, also heavily dependent on your use.Function: 5/5Works great, you can’t load the drawers with too much weight. I like the thin profile as I used this in a narrow hallway. Definitely fits a lot of stuff. The light and outlet are a nice touch as well. Took about 40 min to put together. They put a Phillips head on the long side of the Allen wrench, so it was a bit tedious screwing in the first bunch of screws. The cloth drawers smell weird. The plug is pretty bulky, so if you’re planning on putting it in front of an outlet, you’ll need a flat extension cord. Otherwise, you’ll need to have it about 6” from the wall in order for the drawers to close. I changed the provided white knobs to silver, also bought on Amazon. I’m going to zip-tie the cord to the side so it’s not as visible. Overall, a great purchase for my daughter’s room!
