A recent purchase but seems to work good. Good range of settings and holds a consistent temperature. Instructions could be a little more detailed.

The timer function works fine if you follow the directions on Amazon website. It took a few times of re-reading instructions to get it right. Can set up to 48 hours. My problem is do you add water or not. No mention of it with instructions. Amazon mentions to add water. I added water as other yogurt makers use water. Will monitor the temperature. I set at 98 degrees for l reuteri, 36 hours. Water bath will moderate the temp of the yogurt for better results. Will rate as 3 star until I see how it performs. After 36 hrs: Turned out perfect, help temp 98 to 100 degrees according to my thermometer. First batch was firm.

It was worth the money I paid, especially since I received a $10 coupon at the time of purchase.I rated it 4 stars mainly because learning how to set the time and temperature takes more effort than it should. The process isn’t very straightforward and could have been improved if the manufacturer had spent a bit more time on design and key programming.The three or four pages manual included do not explain how to set the temperature and time. Thankfully, the seller did an excellent job of providing these instructions in the “Read More” section of the product listing.It was one of the limited devices that allowed set the time for 36 hours to prepare fermented probiotics yogurt.So far, I’ve used it twice and it’s working well.
