These are super sticky! They have a gap in the middle of sticky area for your nipple so that it doesn’t hurt to take this off haha it doesn’t hurt the skin when you peel it off despite it being so sticky. I’d say this is true to size if you have a bigger band size on your bra, like 34 or higher. If you’re a 32B or a 30C even, go with A, otherwise your will find it goes too far towards the armpit. I might just trim the side of it a little to make it fit perfectly.

Packaged well. Not able to reuse the plastic backing since it tore easily at removal. But in wore all of them while ( bought 2 different styles) in Vegas and they are all so comfy and for the most part adhere very very well. Even when the bras didn’t stick well it wasn’t all over just in areas and I didn’t have and seriously malfunctions with them at all. So comfortable!
