This is not a security product, this is a sturdy well made, pretty door stop.Do not be fooled into thinking it will wedge a door securely shut. It will NOT!Try it on a wooden floor and see it slide as the door opens from the outside.

Needed a taller than normal door stopper for hard floor as some of our doors sit higher than normal and close over standard stoppers unless you use cardboard as well. These have worked out great as the grip is brilliant, so no sliding, and they are a higher profile so much more useful around the house, particulalry where the floors are smooth, Lino / Wood / Cork etc.
