Bought the 250 pro a year ago and love it. The fan started to make allot of noise before I went to fix it I thought I’d send the company an email not expecting much and within a week I got a replacement machine in the mail. I’m in shock how quick and easy it was. Definitely would recommend to any hobby welder. Thanks yeswelder.

It's a great welder for the money, it gas migs, flux core migs, stick welds, and tig welds. It works great off of 120 volts 15 amp breaker, I never popped a fuse when welding and it welds .023 .6mm mig wire for auto body work 22 gauge sheet metal.

I have really enjoyed welding with this machine, prior to this I had a cheap flux welder for 15 years, never welded with gas until I bought this welder. I still have lots to learn with certain settings, but it seems to perform well. My local big box store had a Lincoln mig pak 180 for almost $900, it was a very limited mig machine with bare bones settings, and also a cheaper built version of a real Lincoln. This Yes welder has way more capability for about half the price of the box store Lincoln. Time will tell how long it will last, it is an inverter machine and the technology worries me a bit because I'm used to a transformer based machine that's pretty much bullet proof. So far though everything is working well though and I have nothing but good things to say. I only gave it 4 stars because it came dented, but I decided to overlook the cosmetic issue and just use it anyways. Packaging seemed adequate but maybe it got handled pretty rough in shipping I'm not sure.

Bought this to get into welding, took a bit of practice to figure out the right settings & technique. After some hours practicing, I am now confident using this welder, can get good strong welds & the welder it self has been flawless. Very easy to learn & very good product. I hope it lasts a while as I do enjoy using it. I am only welding thinner sheet metal & tubing.

This welder was a real surprise. Small profile, lightweight, controllable and powerful - it is an excellent choice for the hobbyist, home mechanic, or light to medium duty industrial applications.I have been MIG welding for over 20 years, and I found this machine was easy to set up, and produced very good results. NOTE: I use this welder with 75/25% gas mix and 0.030" plain steel wire, and it provides a smooth bead with very little spatter, and good penetration.Using gas will require a regulator/flow control. Yeswelder sells a decent unit for about $40 cdn.https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B089PTVLL8The whip (the MIG gun cable) is relatively short - about 5 feet long. But there is an easy solution to this: A small welding cart that carries the welder, the gas bottle, and related accessories. Just wheel up to the job, plug in, and you're ready to go.I would recommend this welder for any serious professional who is looking for an economical machine with good results.
