PM2 CRUWEAR STEEL LINERS=BAMF Knife! Get one! Keep it clean, dry, and sharp and you'll be satisfied. Love the PM2 and this version is probably my favorite.

Another great knife from Spyderco. Out of the box it will shave hair, the feel in unmatched, its balanced in your hand and has all the right curves that you know it would slip out. I wasn't sure how I would like the micarta handle but I have no complaints. The cru-wear blade tops this knife off cause no matter what this thing will stay sharp and tough.

Knife came with a centered blade and smooth action. It's a PM2, an evergreen model from Spyderco. And the cruwear is some of the best steel in the biz. Just be aware that this version features full liners instead of nested liners like the G-10 versions. This makes it incompatible with about 90% of aftermarket PM2 parts.

This is a famously well built and highly rated knife and in fact, it is definitely as good as they say. I did return the knife though, but not because there was anything wrong with it. I just preferred the size and feel of the Tenacious model, especially when it came out with S35VN steel.

I have wanted a Paramilitary 2 ever since I started looking at Syderco knives and I figured when the time was right I would buy one. Well the time was right and after all the research I could do on this model with the micarta scales and the Cru-Wear steel I placed the order. When it arrived I looked it over prior to opening it for the first time and it looked amazing, the micarta feels so good, the weight of the knife is perfect and the blade was centered right down the middle. When I flicked this knife open I was amazed at how smooth the blade moved and snapped into it's locked position and when I released the compression lock the blade dropped right down to the closed position. The blade has a satin finish and is wicked sharp. They say that "Over Time" is the only true way to value the craftsmanship of a product and without a doubt this one is off to a great start!
