In an effort to try and get more healthy this last year I have been trying a few multivitamins. I came across these Tri-Core Essentials and gave them a try. I am not great with swallowing pills so I was really pleased with how easy these were to swallow. The value is also something that I look for, cost per pill. When the price of living just always seems to be going up you look for the best bang for your buck. I was really pleased when these showed up how big the container was and that it was actually full of multivitamins, not half empty. I will be using these for a long time.

I personally love this multivitamin. In fact, I believe this is probably my favorite multivitamin I’ve ever used. I have been a long-time user of store-bought major brands, but in an attempt to improve the quality of what I put in my body, I started doing some research and found that I needed to branch out and get a more intentional multivitamin. Enter Tri-Core.To get the (potential) negatives out of the way early, these tablets are big. I have used many different supplements and vitamins over the years, and I would say these are probably the largest tablets I’ve taken. In addition to their size, they are very dense, causing them to sink through whatever your chaser beverage is and sometimes not go down with the beverage. This is made worse by the need to take three of them at a time and their intense vitamin taste, the last of which I attribute to (seemingly) high-quality ingredients and lack of chemical coating.As for the positives, a few weeks into taking these, I’m feeling better than I have in a long time! I will say, this is just one part of a pretty big supplement stack that I’m now taking, so I can’t attribute it 100% to the multivitamin, but I have a strong feeling it is helping in a meaningful way. I also love the fact that these are made in the United States. That is always a good sign for any supplement.All in all, if swallowing large pills doesn’t present an issue for you, I highly recommend these multivitamins. It’s a lot to get down each day, but I trust that these ingredients are doing their job. Great ingredients, great quality all around.

I bought these for my spouse who will be 50 this November. I really liked that these were pre-packaged like this. It took a few days to a week until the spouse was peeing out weird neon colors but then felt a rush of something where he was feeling great! We will see how they work after he's been taking them a bit longer.
