Great desk. The directions are a little tricky. But I managed the whole thing by myself. Had to redo a couple of sections. Sturdy- and the lighting and space is a great value for the money spent.

As an overly confident lesbian who refuses to ask for help, I did assemble this desk all on my own. It took about three hours, so I'd assume with someone else helping, would maybe take 1.5 hours. There's instructions on how to assemble with the bookcase on either side, so you don't have to worry about flip flopping everything if you want it on the left instead of the right of the desk. It's not too complicated and you don't need too much space to prop up the pieces since most are just metal bars, which was great since I only had just enough space for the desk. It holds good weight, nice and sturdy, no wobble at all. Plenty of space for multiple monitors. Good desk. Worth the extra in shipping. Comes all in one box too.

I liked pretty much everything about this. I took about 6 hours to build it but I am older. The directions were pretty good but not so you can rush through to completion.Seems real sturdy and was able to hold many books. Looks great as well
