Antioxidants are supposed to be good for you but I have no idea if they are effective. I haven’t felt any difference. Don’t know if I’ll be ordering again. I do like and trust Solar products.

Solar-Advanced Antioxidant Formula includes Vitamins, a good carotenoid mix, green tea, red wine, along withother well known extracts such as Gingo Biloba, Milk Thristle and Rose Hips. Personally I take only one a day andalternate with their fantastic well balanced VM-75 w/o Iron. Do vitamins work? Despite some very critical journals I adhere to the wisdom of Earl Mindell's New Vitamin Bible. Do an honest evaluation of your own eating, breakfast, lunch and dinner, do you really eat a balanced breakfast and lunch everyday, what about dinner? I think the honest answer is most of us don't. No need to overdo it, but one vitamin and one antioxidant formula every other day should provide all the "insurance" you'll ever need. Don't smoke anything, drink two or less alcoholic drinks a day, get some moderate exercise and at least 7 hours of sleep and you may be lucky enough to look like me when your older...only kidding. And don't allow yourself to be "stressed out" by family, friends or sensationalistic mass media news andyou'll probably live to a 101...Keep yourself healthy and happy and protect yourself, family and interests.

This is a fabulous product. I started feel so much better after day 2. I highly recommend it.
